The advent of Building Information Modelling (BIM) has revolutionised the way we design, construct, and manage urban spaces. However, successful BIM implementation goes beyond technological proficiency; it requires a deep understanding of human experiences, needs, and perspectives. Inspired by the InterAct funded research project “Informing Empathy-Led Change Management”, this workshop explores how empathy can be integrated into the change management process during BIM adoption.
